stephen wiltshire has been drawing cities since being diagnosed with autism at a young age, saying it’s his way to express himself. what’s unique about this artist though is that all he needs is a 20 minute helicopter ride above new york and after 7 days, 12 pens, and a lot of music on his ipod, he finishes the massive 18 ft accurate depiction of the city all from memory. he’s so accurate that when drawing rome, he drew the exact number of columns in the pantheon. his work is being shown at brooklyn’s pratt institute along with his permanent gallery in the royal opera arcade, pall mal.

Went to Seoul Garden and ate like no one's business!!! Damn shiok, I think I ate the most out of Jiahui, Meijun, ZH and me. Oh yay. I still don't see me getting fatter any moment. F_ck! Had tons of fun and laughter, especially when this guy came and took a whole mountain full of meat. Like OMGWTFBBQ and then Meijun was like "hahah sekali he tio banned next time" and then we started adding in useless and crappy things like:

Racial Harmony and Jiahui's birthday today! :-) Dedicated a shoutout to Jiahui on 987fm, and it was Shan and Ross who took it instead of Muttons. :-((((( they changed to Muttons on the Move, which is sometime to 8pm. But anyway Shan and Ross is really funny too. I smsed in with the name Berlin because I know they wouldn't know how to pronounce Bvlyn. And then they were like Hahaha is your sister's name Amsterdam. Then they said happy 14th birthday to Jiahui, and then Ross was like aww, so young and springy... Shan laughed out loud and said "hahah you think she's some kind of elasticgirl??? Yeah I'm flexible too, i play basketball." LOL hilarious.

Anyhoo went to school and changed into the red Baju Kurung Herna lent me. :-) it was very big for me, kinda. And I was sweating like mad in the costume. Changed in and out of it like 4 times, wtf. Took pictures but lazy to upload so yeah

After school was Talent Time practice so we went to the music room. Had tons of fun in there, singing, dancing, high-ing, camwhoring with Yuwen <3 Pictures later ;-) had a lot a lot of fun with TJ and Weishian on the way home as well, and laughed till my 'lasagna' almost fell ;-) hehe, but sorry to TJ and Weishian for making them wait for another bus, :-)))))

Watched Predators today with my dad, and it was epicly awesome. Not only is it gory and disgusting, I managed to get inside the theatre. You must be thinking "what is wrong with her its just going into a theatre". Not if you're 16 its not!!! HAHA YES. I WENT INTO A NC16 MOVIE THEATRE.

But wait, I didn't get in because I looked mature. Read on to find out why.

So my dad bought the tickets and then we waited for around AMK to get in the theatre. Then I walked into the theatre alone because I wanted popcorn so my dad was buying it. When I went in I sat down then the movie person asked me for my IC. then he mumbled something then said that this is a NC16 movie and I can't watch it :-( right!!!! hahah then I went out and I saw my dad without popcorn because he was too lazy to queue for it.
Then the movie person told us to wait for one side while he exchange the tickets to Eclipse (EWWWWWWWWWWW)!!!!
But anyhoo he said that it was full house for Eclipse so we could go in and watch the film. YESSSSSS THANKYOU ECLIPSE GIRLY FAN-FANS muahmuahmuahmuahhhhhhhhhhh
LOL nevermind the craziness.

Was madly cold in the theatre and I gotta say it is not quite what I expected. I can see why its NC16 now. Includes the word "fuck" in every 10 minutes (or less) disgusting gore scenes, more "fuck" in every few minutes. SHIOK and my dad said nothing about it. Sweeeeet.

Hmm okay, recently my mom suggested me to write down all the movies I've seen so I can stop replying her with "I forgot"s when she asks me what movie do you like the most.

Okay i just Googled and I know what to write about. Family issues.

Everyone has a family, whether they know it or not. I have one, which is quite complicated, i must say. I'd not say anything here in case it goes leaked.

I have a pretty much dysfunctional family. My younger sister only knows how to whine and whine. My younger brother is only interested in trains and waveboards. My elder brother is cooped up in his own room facing that dumb flat screen playing some racing game. Well.... I prefer not to say anything about my parents aha! But however, don't underestimate the power of family. I have this 'friend', if you can even call him a friend. I heard that he says he wants to kill everyone, he wants to kill his friends and everyone existed. (btw i wonder how Hitler looks like as a teenager. i bet its hilarious) But come to think of it, your mother brought you into this world. You should at least than her with a proper "Happy mothers' day" gift, ain't that right? Do you have any idk how much pain she's gone through just to let you know.

And the most 'interesting' part was, there was no one else but us three in the entire cinema. WTF! We thought it was a mistake but in the end there was no mistake. So we went in there and screamt out hearts out through the whole movie. :-m haha.

Went to Clarke Quay to walk around with my daddy <3 supposed to meet my relatives who came from Hong Kong at 3pm, but they were at the Bird Park when my dad called them. So walked around the vicinity. Don't worry, pictures later.

Then we went to Central, and saw Sticky! you know, the rock candy shop which sells rock candy which tastes rock candy-ish. yeahyeah that one. But my dad didn't buy any :-(sadface) But anyway got to smell them, which is not that bad haha.
Then watched some water dance show thingamajig, which is pretty cool, unless you consider being splashed while wearing white clothes cool. I know what you're thinking, but NO. I was only splashed a little. So HAH.

Right after that my shoes' sole came off. Yeah, what a pity. Died at such a young age, however no shoe is spared the horrific experience of being stepped on *pun intended* Got a new shoe at some shop and its quite chio and comfortable. Except its giving me blisters :'-( but anyway beauty is pain, so i'm readily giving and taking.
Then met my relative after that, and went for dinner at a not-so fancy schmancy restaurant, called Bayang. Serves Balinese food there. Not bad, not bad. But its f*cking cold there and I regret not bringing a jacket.
Then went to their hotel to check it out and then went home from there. :)

sorry for not updating for so long, so I'm going to sum up what I did these few days.

Friday

Youth Day celebration! Thank God I am in a government school, so i get free ice cream. Unlike other autonomous/independent schools. The ice cream was okay, I guess. And guess which flavour i ate? ~~Poop~~ Chocolate! Obviously if you knew me well enough you would know that chocolate is the only and ONLY flavour I would eat.

Didn't have Chinese that day, hooray. Then came choir, and I don't want to blog much about it because I was paid not to do so.

Today (Saturday)

Am currently reading www.explosm.net HAHAHAHA. It is the most fucking hilarious thing you will ever read in. your. lifetime. Forever.

Went to SSC with Ruby, Terry (Ruby's BROTHER LOL), Shahirah, Sabrina, Jordan and Nazri to get some things for the Leadership Corner. Walked around and bought somethings, you know, what you always do in Daiso. Then went to Northpoint for lunch, then Ruby's house. Heh, she and her mother was wearing the same 'Save The Earth' tee. So then went to Wayne's for tuition, and there was a new student, Zi Shan! I figure she's from China, because she has the accent of one. :-) Today's tuition is by far the most funniest one ever, ha ha.

And now I'm back home, and realizing how little time I have left for my Home Economics project :-(sadface) Well at least we're trying. I think the rest of the groups have already settled pretty much everything. I hope someone would just tell me what to do now, haha. Okay then, this is getting awkward. Till then.

Well my ulterior motive (heh) for posting this, is to say this:

I have seen/heard a lot a lot of people saying that most of their hard work is going down the toilet because some of us can't attend the camp. Firstly, sorry. I know I could've chosen it, but I just gotta follow my heart. (right, Cherlynn?) I don't want people to backstab here and gossip there about the choices. But after all, the teachers agreed to let us go for the camp. Don't worry, you'll see us on the last day, so smile. There could be much much worse(r) things that can happen. These are just challenges. Overcome them and gain experience. :) Once again, sorry and thank you to the planning committee for planning sucha radical camp! I know the rest will enjoy it very much.

Nah I keed I keed. Well, catastrophe strikes!!! Saw my mother on my way home, so I accompanied her to get some groceries. Then when we were reaching 888, she asked if I wanna go have a haircut. Thinking that since we're already here and its really hot so I agreed to cut it thinner. So I went inside and my mother paid for the cut and left cus she needed to buy groceries. So it was going fine, y'know, until SHE TOOK OUT A F_CKING HAIR STRAIGHTENER!!!!!! Baaaaaaaaah, so I just sat there and let her destroy my hair. Btw I couldn't see much because I wasn't wearing my specs. So I was furious when I gone back home and I totally screamed at my mom. (nah joking, i respect my elders) But luckily after I washed it became 'poofy' again. LUCKY AH IF NOT............

Aww man. I really really want to go to the camp but the camp is on the same date as the camp. Please don't ask if I want to go to which camp anymore, I'm going to faint caused by this stupid dilemma. Please just stop. Its getting in my head. I bet you don't want me appearing at the camp with a frumpy face. In fact not only myself, together will all the rest of the people! What a great way to start the 100th post isn't it? I took around 700 pictures, and hopefully someone else in my house has the adapter. If not, *suffocates* I shall go.

23rd May

Took the SQ 828 to Shanghai. Damn shiok!!! Givenchy blanket, pillow, Krisworld technology(I watched Shutter Island and a bit of Percy Jackson) Shutter Island wasted my time but it is quite nice in fact.

Went to Nanjing road, spent quite a lot of money there on food. Then we went into this Nike boutique. When we left the place, this random dude was like "Hello, want to adidas shoe? wery cheep. got hansome guy ther." Then we were like "Uhhh, no thanks" in Chinese. LOL! How random and dumb.

Headed for the hostel next, and its pretty awesome I gotta say. Its got 4 double decker beds, but we sleep on the bottom deck. No one sleeps on top. Shared a room with Meijun, Jiahui and Nicole.

24th May
Went to the school today. Its called 上海市进才中学. They have like a Northern School and a Southern school. The Northern is for the Sec 3s and the hostel. The Southern is for Sec 1 and 2s. I went to the Southern one of course. Met my buddy, Wu Ye Min (Echo) ! She's really sweet. Got into the same class with Jiaqing, Sec 1 (6). At first all of them were like "Psssssst, " *whisperwhisper* *hahhahahahaha* and staring at us like we're some aliens from space. But then they stopped after a while, which was good. Didn't really talk to my buddy that much though :\

I'm beat now, just took my medicine. Will update later or tomorrow. :) bye.

What have we ever done to them? We haven't hurt them in any way, we haven't threatened them, so why all the evil glances up and down? Its not fair. Its just not.

Has anyone felt like that before? Just because we're not popular doesn't mean that you have to suffer what a outcast has to feel. We're not outcasts, and I don't think anyone should be treated like one when they didn't do anything wrong to offend the other side. I really don't get it. The world is so cruel but real. Something I thought I'd share with you guys.

Cracking your knuckles does not actually hurt your bones or cause arthritis. The sound you hear is just gas bubbles bursting. Cracking your knuckles (or any of your joints) can have therapeutic benefits. When you crack one of your joints you are pulling the bones that are connected at the joint apart from each other. This process stimulates your tendons, relaxes your muscles, and loosens your joints. Chiropractors do this for spinal joints when your back is sore and stiff, but you can do this on your own for your knuckles, toes, knees, neck, etc. Unfortunately, there can be too much of a good thing. Cracking your knuckles will never lead to arthritis (despite what your mom keeps telling you), but scientists have discovered that it can cause tissue damage in the affected joints. Knuckle-cracking pulls your finger bones apart which stretches your ligaments. Too much stretching of your ligaments will cause damage to your fingers akin to the arm injuries sustained by a baseball pitcher who throws too many pitches. In addition to making your hand really sore, this ligament damage can also result in reduced grip strength. How does this work? Your joints, the places in your body where you can bend, are where your bones intersect and are held together by ligaments. These joints are surrounded by a liquid called synovial fluid. When you stretch your ligaments by pulling the bones apart to crack your knuckles a gas in the synovial fluid escapes and turns into a bubble. This process is called cavitation. Cavitation ends when the bubble eventually bursts, producing that popping sound we know and love. Then took lots of pictures on www.cameroid.com, and laughed like a mad woman. In fact, I even sounded like I was crying!!! Really hilarious, hahaha.

Had an awesome shopping trip to town with Nicole, Meijun and Jiahui! Stopped at Somerset and went to New Look first, then Forever 21, and then Far East.

GAH I was so angry when I realized that I should've bought more things from Far East instead! The headband that I bought from Chamelon costs $3.90, when one costs lesser than that at Far East lor. Zzzzzzzz, but I guess thats just a lesson learnt, always check with other places and then make your purchase. Unless you're uber rich then I have no qualms. :)

Going to celebrate Justin's 14th birthday soon! :D I wouldn't bother to post a dedication here as I know, I just know that he's not going to see that, haha. Bye.

4. Contact lens

Went to Andrea Bocelli's concert with the choir today. It was fun and all, and I realized that YTL held the concert. My family member works there so I asked him if he's going. He said "So boring, I don't wanna go."

LOL! Serious ownage much. Well after that we collected our goody bag that we didn't even knew we had, dinner and dessert. Dinner was KFC's 2 soggy piece chicken and mashed potato and a dessert pie. I don't like pie unless its apple pie. :) So I sat with Ruby, Li En, Amanda and Angeline on a same piece of mat. Just rained, so the grass was wet. Played Truth or Dare with Wiphaporn and Nicole and Nina and Ruby and Amanda. Reno got pwned. HAHA. (inside joke)

Sideline: I'm hungry. I wanna eat mee hoon kuay.

Then watched Andrea Bocelli, and his special guests. Dang, there was this really out-of-this-world lady that oozes beauty from her pores. Literally(okay not really). Her name's Delta Goodrem and she signed to Sony Entertainment when she was 15. Here's how she looks like.

GAH, I've fallen in love with Usui Takumi. Dang my brother for introducing this anime to me. :( But good thing is, its a great distraction from whatever that has happened before.

If anyone's interested, the anime is Maid-sama. Its basically about this teenage girl, Misa, whose family is having some financial issues. So in order to earn some money, she works at this maid cafe. However, Misa's reputation as the strong-headed and fierce president of the Student Council would be tarnished if anyone found out about her 'other identity'.
Unfortunately a dashing schoolmate (USUI TAKUMI!) from her high school (Seiki High) sees Misa at the maid cafe. Strangely, he does not expose her 'other identity' but instead ends up falling in love with her. And oh-so-sweetly, he's always mysteriously there whenever Misa needs help.

How nice! :D:D:D I'm going off to sleep after watching 5 episodes online. Toodles.

I told you my posts are being more and more boring. I think its because I'm really lazy and busy(really!) I promise that I'll give you guys quality posts during the hols. Like how I used to. :)

I really miss blogging last year. I was much more truthful and 'raw', however you call it. I felt much more connected to my readers. Now i think when I blog, its just me and the pictures. I don't want that. I want the tags, I want the long posts, I want the smileys, I want that feeling again.

My life kinda revolves around Facebook now. ~~It's kinda ruined my life~~? Oooooh, Twitter's fun as well. But nothing beats Plurk, its my most dominant place. :) I wonder when will I be as "successful" as Cherlynn and other popular bloggers. I want to earn money by doing the things I like to do, by Nuffnang. :-)

came back from Wayne Jone's house for tuition. Now watching Chick Vs. Dick on www.clicknetwork.tv :D I wanna make those funny and hilarious 'videos' with my friends as well. :) I mean Bozo is one, but its dead for now. I'd probably find my friends to make 'em on the June vacation.

Tuition was very extremely fun, yet disturbing and excruciating. Did the usuals, and then did a mock test after the tuition itself. Like after 3/4 of the test, i gave up on the hard questions. Then I wrote 'I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA' on some fullscap. then Yuwen was like making those crying but laughing sounds. So Amanda, Brad, Yuwen and I started laughing like mad. Then Wayne came out. LOL. Yeah and when Wayne went for his lunch, the girls (including Brenda) was discussing about sl*ts and b*astards. :D

then went home. I think my posts are getting more and more boring. :( Sigh. I can't find anything to post about. :'(

My family's having fun outside with the new xbox360, while I'm pathetically revising in my room.

Had the Student Council Investiture today. It was really an eye-opener to how much responsibility I'm having, and would have next year. Its just a matter of time before I'd explode/implode with all the troubles I'm facing currently.
But its all good, don't worry. I have God and my friends & family. That's pretty much what I'd need. :)

This few days I've realized that I've been less obsessive over certain somethings. I guess homework, and exams make me forget all the heartbreaking things that I've wanted to forget. Watched Dunman Secondary School perform today, and they were so great. I mean, their tone is so rounded, they are in sync, they look great and its just............ SUPERB.

Miss Ong performed a solo. like WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWW! :D I cannot explain how it sounded. :)

Best part = HOT SINGING GUYS AHHHHH! This proves that not all guys who sing are gay okay.

Worst part = POOR SERVICE Me and Li En wanted to help someone get a plastic bag cos she was carsick. So we went out by the lift. I didn't have a ticket but Li En does. So we went out and told one of the security guards that I'm going out and he'd remember my face to let me go in later. We went out, couldn't get a friggin' plastic bag and the receptionist suggested the nauseous one to go to the washroom. Okay, so we didn't get a plastic bag.
Then, we wanted to go back into the auditorium, but this other female security guard said NO YOU MUST GO BY THE ESCALATOR. NO YOU MUST GO BY THE ESCALATOR. I KNOW YOU CAME FROM HERE BUT YOU HAVE TO GO BY THE ESCALATOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We both got really pissed, and Li En just dragged me through the security guards after going up the escalators.

U SMILE I FROWN

Today at SC training was epicly fun :> we played sitdown frisbee monkey and we destroyed a yellow frisbee. oh no, why yellow? but we still played with it despite the handicap-ness. Hahaha, it was so much fun! Clarence and his dumb hand signs, gah. i wanna hit him in the head so hard he can't think right! we played really violently, with people crawling like a lunatic to get the frisbee (if you can call it that), and random taupok. ;-)

Didn't have the time to take a lot of pictures, and the pictures that I took aren't of good quality anyway.

In the morning I did patrolling duty with Vaitheis (?) and Fauzan said hi to me when I was walking down the stairs to take attendance :) that was totally random, it just popped in my mind.

We are going to the Esplanade to watch Dunman High to perform, and I'm so so so so excited. I heard they're really good and professional.
I hope someday A.I. Choir would be able to reach that high, gold with honours standard some day.

out there, if you think Justin Bieber is a gay/fag/immature boy, think again.
He spends the whole day travelling from one sate to another. He need to perform from day to night, and maybe he doesn't even get his necessary rest/meals everyday.

Imagine you were him, and you have to be travelling everyday. Don't have anytime for games, chatting, basketball, hanging with your pals, or even have a girlfriend with the whole world spectating your every move. They are on the look-out for you everywhere you go. Its really stressful, without any privacy, even in your own home.
I can't imagine how that'll feel, but I bet its really torturous. And I wouldn't want to try it as well.

how true. If you've been following me on Facebook or Plurk, you should know I'm not feeling very good at heart.

Feeling bad should never be a crime, instead its good once in a while. But of course you should not feel emotional every single moment of your life. Unlike some people, I have stopped feeling upset after listening to Tears In Heaven by Eric Clapton a few times.
I've got to hand it to those singers, they can sing with such emotion and feeling, whereas I sing plainly for the sake of singing. Sometimes I sing when I'm upset or happy, but I can't feel the song when I'm concentrating on my notes, y'know? :-( Which probably means I'm not as good as a singer unlike Amanda!

When I heard Tears In Heaven, it made me realize how naive I've been. No love is perfect, except for God's love. "Est-ce que j'ai vraiment été dans l'amour avec ce Monsieur qui m'a fait le cri quand il a flirté sur Facebook ?" Its unbelievable, when I look back and see how silly I was to fall for someone like him. What was I thinking? If I could say this to myself previously, I'd say "Hahaha, told you so. Why waste your tears? I really feel bad for myself.

Its not fair, when everyone else doesn't seem to be affected by these 'love' issues, I've tried to forget. But somehow no matter how hard I try, I don't seem to be forgetting, or even ignoring it the slightest bit.

I want to shout this out loud "I WANT TO FORGET THIS BOY WHO MADE ME CRY, BUT HE GIVES ME HOPE EVEN THOUGH HE'S A FLIRT AND HAS A GIRLFRIEND!"

Had choir rehearsal today in school, and its super embarrassing.
Halfway through the second run through, the Uniformed Groups came into the hall when we were singing When You Believe. I'm telling you, I could've fell, cuz my legs were turning into jelly. Literally! My legs were shivering.

Yeah right, and Mr. Row said we shouldn't be scared because we're with our family.

Tsk, they should know better than barging in and making us blush! :(

I always had this paradigm in my mind : Uniformed Groups are simple. You just shout a little commands, march, do some training, who isn't able to do that?
And I bet in Uniformed Groups' minds, they're thinking like this : Performing Arts are so gay. Not manly, they stand there and do sissy actions. Who isn't able to do that?

In my perspective, I guess every CCA has good points and bad points. Who says UGs are simple, they have to march and stay in the hot blazing sun just to practice for a 20mins parade! Besides, some of them are hot too ;-) Pun intended.
PAs aren't that easy peasy either. You have to warm up, go through boring and pain-in-the-neck sectionals, suffer long pep talks, etcetera! Not all PA guys are sissies too ;-)

Ohmy, I really have to complete my homework, before I get majorly screwed.

I'm missing out on paradise. I could've been happy, but nooooooo. I had to be fussy about things and take the hard way out. Why do I have to make such choices. (N)

So many tests, so many homework. So much stress, so little time! seriously 24 hours is not enough. Let me do an analysis.

ANALYSIS OF TIME-NOT-ENOUGH-MENT
7hours - Sleep
1hour - Time spent in toilet (bathing, doing business, neat-ing hair, checking of face, etc)
2hours - Talking necessarily.
7hours - Studying in school.
2hours - Eating, drinking, snacking, chewing, biting, swallowing, digesting, and what nots.
1hours - Calling, texting, spending quality time with your phone.
2hours - Taking an occasional nap to freshen up (yes i am refering to sleeping in class, etc)
2hours - Spending time with friends and family.
1hour - Staring into blank space, daydreaming, nagging, grumbling, mumbling, giggling, making sounds.
In total, 24 hours taken up by these things.

Can't they bring forward 2 to 3 hours from the next day to put into the first day? I should get some NASA scientist to study this, and prove the parents, teachers, and anyone who agrees to this statement : "24HOURS IS MORE THAN ENOUGH."

Then I'd laugh in their face and say this : "READ MY ANALYSIS AND KISS MY FISH!" Is that enough evidence for you? :O

I really like art, and I think if you get to know Miss Chia, she's not half bad actually.
I crack my fingers every now and then, despite my mother telling me not to do so.

I enjoy drawing on the floor with foam, and doing that caused me 4 stitches when I was in Primary 3.

Enjoyed the Fashion Design workshop a lot a lot! its really productive, but a bit formal though, because we seldom rose questions. First was figure drawing, then exploring patterns, flowing of cloth, then ended. :)
Had to do some research for the 4 piece collection that is due on Wednesday!!! oh my.
I did A LOT of research, and that just goes to show that I am very enthusiastic about this.

Imma show you my collection on Wednesday, maybe? I think I'm doing on the Rock 'n' Roll + Glamour theme. yay, inspiration from the 80's I guess. :)

I want two dogs, a golden retriever and a shih tzu. yay. my bathroom would be blue with mosaic walls. I want a green bathtub. In my living room I want a brown coffee table with all sorts of candy and snack on it. I want a Viera. I want a comfy couch so I can snuggle up with my dogs. In my kitchen I want those rounded fridges. With eggs and normal things inside.
